A little about me

Emmett A. McDowell brings his experience as a Contractor and Construction Project Manager, extensive law enforcement background, and 3+ decades of military service to his Real Estate Career. In the past he has served as the President & C.E.O. of D. A. Builder Services, a construction management company. He served as the Construction Project Manager for Park Hill Development, a custom new home builder in Bergen County. Emmett spent 25 years working for the Borough of Upper Saddle River Police Department, retiring at the rank of Sergeant. Emmett has also spent the past 30 years serving in the United States Air Force where he has been an Aircraft Maintainer, Aviation Quality Assurance Inspector and currently, a Chief Master Sergeant, Squadron Senior Enlisted Leader, of one of the largest squadrons in the Air Force Reserves. Emmett’s extensive experience makes him uniquely qualified and puts him at the top of his field. His attention to detail, loyalty, work ethic and dedication are second to none. Emmett is a graduate of Thomas Edison State University and the Community College of The Air Force and holds a Federal Aviation Administration Airframe & Power Plant License.
